raspberry-pi

This project is currently in the concept phase and I hope to make regular updates on it’s progress.

Components:

Raspberry Pi 2 CanaKit

Old hard drive from old laptop

Hard drive case with adapter

And I will more that likely need to write a custom script to automate the process.

The idea is to set up the Raspberry Pi as a home media server so I can access my movies anywhere. I will have the Pi decrypt DVDs as I watch them and store them as a MP4 file, then stored on the hard drive so I can access them from anywhere on the network.
